Colin’s JoGLE: Colin Bell (with the green and white tabard) has just walked down from John o Groats and is passing through Milngavie on his way to Land’s End. Colin carried the Shelter Box all the way, including a wee trip to the summit of Beinn Nibheis (or Ben Nevis if you prefer the corrupted form).
He was met on the Clyde Coastal Path by Iain White (left), Rotary Club of Allander and Paul Murray (right) Rotary Club of Glasgow North and Bishopbriggs. The wee chap keeking over the Shelter Box is Ben, the mascot.
Colin is raising awareness and funds for Shelter Box, a charity strongly supported by Rotary, which sends emergency relief to areas of the world where natural, or other, disasters mean that folk need urgent help.
